School closed for fear of GHOSTS
The more than 200 students stormed out of classrooms
alleging frequent attacks of ghosts and now they have been sent home after the
incidences became too many. They have not been sleeping and even could not
concentrate in class since the ghosts attack and beat them up at Yambuyu
Secondary School in Mwingi Destrict.
While some claimed that they feel they are being striped by
the ghosts, the students left the school at 2 a.m. and walked up to the County
Commissioner’s Offices protesting over the attacks. Mwingi Deputy County
Commissioner, Joseph Sawe, said he was shocked to find out that about 50
students came to his office at 2 a.m. and was surprise that girls could walk on
their own that time of the night. Sawe assured them that the matter will be
investigated and peace restored at the school.
