Police: Grenade detonation near the Phnom Penh Municipal Court is an act of terorism

Cambodia: A grenade exploded near the western fence of the Phnom Penh Municipal Court early this morning. The explosion caused no injuries. Lt-Gen. Chuon Sovann, Commissioner of Phnom Penh Municipal Police Commissariat, told reporters that the explosion was an act of terrorism aimed to cause social unrest.
The authorities are investigating the case, he said.
