Constitutional Council to Resolve Election Complaints on Tuesday

Cambodia (Kohkernews) - The Secretary General of the Constitutional Council issued a press release on August 17, informing the public that it had received 33 complaints involving the recent parliamentary election and had already resolved 14 of them.

"The Constitution Council is dealing with the remaining 19 others, 9 of which are appeals against the decisions of the National Election Committee on the preliminary results of the election, which the council received on August 17, 2013," the statement said, stating that it would hold a full session on August 20 at 8:30 a.m. to resolve them.
