Selena Gomez heats up Teen Choice Awards
She may have just celebrated her 21st birthday,
but Selena Gomez was the picture of sophistication and class at Sunday night’s
Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles. Actress-singer Selena clinches the Choice
Break-up Song award for “Come and Get It”. She has her split with Justin Bieber
to thank for her award for best break-up tune.
The singer stole the red carpet show in the dark green
Cushnie et Ochs clinging number with showed off her svelte figure and toned
legs with a double slit. The star was nominated for a shopping six awards at
the annual event which took place at the Gibson Ampitheatre at Universal
Studios. Nominations included Choice Female Artist; Choice Summer Music Star:
Female; Choice Single: Female Artist for Come & Get It; Choice Break-up
song for Come & Get It; Choice Smile, and Choice Female Hottie.
Selena has already won seven Teen Choice Awards but faces
stiff competition, with friends Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift and Demi Lovato all
up against her in many of the categories.
