Japanese Premier Congratulates Cambodia’s reelected PM Hun Sen
Cambodia (Kohker) - Mr. Shinzo Abe,
Prime Minister of Japan, has recently sent a congratulatory message to Samdech
Hun Sen on his re-election as the Prime Minister of Cambodia for another
five-year term.
“On behalf of the Government and the
people of Japan, I would like to extend my sincere congratulations to Samdech
on your re-election as the Prime Minister of Cambodia and on the formation of a
new government,” Mr. Abe said in the congratulatory message that was posted on
Cambodia’s Foreign Affairs Ministry on Tuesday.
“I wish to see further progress in the parliamentary
democracy through dialogue and cooperation between the ruling party and the
opposition party so that Cambodia can implement various measures steadily
toward economic and social development under your leadership,” he added.
